Nispetiye Towers is a hybrid project including 5 high rise, residential towers, an office block with floor gardens, an open air attached shops with roof terraces and an underground shopping center.
The plot divided into two as a private residential area and a public area. Public area contains an office tower with different spaces and floor gardens on different levels. Back of the office tower was designed as an open air shopping center looking over to the huge park. Residential area contains 5 different height high rise blocks with different aparment plans, surrounding the central park area with swimming pools, recreational areas, playgrounds, courts like city walls. Social facilities with public access were designed on the ground floors and the terrace roofs were designed to be used as recreational event areas, agricultural spaces, vegetable gardens for the residents. Each residential block contains a floor gardens, a rooftop infinite pool, and a common room with views.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN
Residential area contains the upper levels of the spa and fitness center with a huge glass roofed swimming pool looking over to the central courtyard. There was also a kindergarden designed on the other side with a open air playground. As for the shopping area, there were 5 cinema saloons, number of stores running from the both sides of the middle atriums connected by bridges looking down at small garden with a glass voronoi roof.

1ST FLOOR PLAN
Residential area contains the vegetable / agricultural areas and recreational areas for residents. Shopping center contains the open air square seperated with a long river like pool from the residential area. |

2ND FLOOR PLAN
The entrance of the office and shopping center blocks by the front facade. There was an huge exhibition hall with an huge ramp spiraling down to the level below following the sphere of the atrium which was enlightened by voronoi glass roofing system.

There were many apartment plan layouts were designed for different needs and purposes. The top 2 floors including the rooftop terrace were reserved for social common facilities. At the rooftop, there was a lounge area with a bar and an infinite swimming pool with the view of the Asian side of Istanbul over the beautiful city and the bosphorus designed. Below the rooftop, one side of the floor plan was reserved service areas and swimming pool as the other side was designed as a common social area, a cafe restuarant, event hall.
